Over the last five years, I have honed my design skills to create engaging, interactive eLearning content. Most recently, my focus in the Customer Service industry has inspired me to flavor training with who the customer is and how the Learner has a purpose in the life of that customer. Leading a Team of Instructional Designers has also given me the opportunity to see how others add their personal touch to their work and deliver training designed to bring results to their organization.
