Research shows that Neuroscience significantly influences our understanding of learning processes, shedding light on the intricate workings of the brain and providing valuable insights for educators and instructional designers. The brain can adapt and change throughout life, forming new connections and pathways in response to experiences and learning. This is called: Neuroplasticity.

I am dedicated to providing outstanding experiences that change the lives of Learners and the organizations they serve by implementing elements of Neuroscience to the way I lead my teams and how we think about training.
